About the ticket for De Boerderij there’s at the moment still a solution through tickettribune.nl. They re-sell the original tickets and charge more money. At the moment (as you can see for yourself) they charge 75 euros plus 35 euros service costs for foreigners  (15 euros service costs for customers in The Netherlands).

Note also the Procol Fans' Convention and Basecamp Hotel, very close by (and when you book for the Convention you get a three-course meal, eight drinks, dedicated bus service, live music and a Procol talk in English)
