A Picture Sleeve

From Down Under

The amateurish typography and curious colour-scheme here come from the sleeve of an EP released in Australia by the local 'Festival' label in 1968, after the Homburg single had already been in the charts.

The four tracks are Homburg, Salad Days, Kaleidoscope and Good Captain Clack.

The EP (45 rpm extended play) was a popular format in Australia in the 60s, maybe more so than in other countries.

Thanks to David Cooke for this
