Dietmar 'Nik' Clever writes to BtP: I'm sure Geoff Whitehorn is the best what could happen to Procol Harum chapter II! What a friendly perfect musician!

Yesterday Gary Brooker's voice was light-years better as it was in Zoetermeer last year (I still think he was a little bit ill at that time). What a fantastic vocalist!

Interesting the live-versions of TWoF were quite close to the studio ones (maybe 'cause the production of TWoF is so fantastic "live-like"). But The Question was completed by a wonderful interplay between Geoff and Maff.

Especially remarkable how strong Piper's Tune sounded (Geoff!). Also the powerful work of Geoff and Mark when they played Conquistador.

Meanwhile I think MB is a quite good BJ successor. For example his drumming on A Salty Dog was very melodious and emphasized. He gave Repent Walpurgis that "delicate sound of thunder" at the end (and the Repent Walpurgis Cologne version was unbelievable good ). Naturally another Geoff Whitehorn highlight!

Procol Harum - what a unique classic-rock-rhythm and blues-band! I'm still so impressed!

The concert was fantastic. Maybe the best I've ever heard from Procol Harum! The atmosphere was unbelievable good. What a night! (thanks, Nik). First concert for a long while not to include An Old English Dream
