The set has been played impeccably to a well-informed audience of predominantly ageing males in a sold-out and therefore crowded Jazzhaus. I met Gary and Franky together with Mark and members of [support] Charlie A'Court later in the hotel bar to have a little chat. I got The Unterschrift from Gary and Mark on my The Well's On Fire CD. Gary agreed when I speculated that Islington will be a very special concert. So enjoy, everybody. (thanks, Paul) |
