Lord Neilson's Star Cards

A PH trading card from 1968

The familiar garish costumes in the familiar dingy room (nice to see the clothes hanger in the fanlight above the door)! We understand that this card is about 25 cm across and was given away with Lord Neilson's Ice Cream in the late 60s (presumably 1968, judging by the text). Presumably it has been reversed in the printing stage: what do you think?

Procol Harum
When you have recorded a song which reaches the number one slot very rapidly and stays at the top for a lengthy period. When that song is your very first record and it is eventually overwhelmingly voted 'record of the year', life would seem to be a bed of roses. But there is one big problem which immediately raises its ugly head. How do you find a follow-up which is good enough to satisfy the fans? This was the case with Procol Harum's Whiter Shade of Pale. But their talent will break through again strongly, you'll see.
