Trower / Lordan / Dewar pictures

Not to speak of Andy Warhol ...

October 1999: Robert Moselle writes to BtP:
I'm sitting here with Bill Lordan [ex-Robin Trower band: website here]. We just visited the Stumbledown Romancer page. Bill has left the Chris Aaron Band, and is available for projects, interviews, etc.: he can be reached through me at mcle@msn.com

Andy Warhol, Robin Trower, Bill Lordan and James Dewar, in New York after Robin Trower concert

We were checking your recent Warhol page, and think that picture is from the same night this one: same shirt, cigarette in hand, etc. The date was Wednesday 24 March 1976: (11:00 pm, Time Life Building, Tower Suite, Avenue of the Americas at 50th Street, 48th floor, NYC. How's that for the minutae?

Bill and Jim Dewar:

I don't want to stir up a hornet's nest for you (: but here's a quote for the website:

Bill Lordan: "I've always thought Matthew Fisher should have received writer's credit for A Whiter Shade of Pale. The organ was the haunting, signature hook of the song. Just one man's opinion. Great website ... keep on rockin'."
